1. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total fee is due upon signing the project agreement. The remaining 40% of the total fee is due upon delivery of the final video.

2. Late Payments

Payments that are not received by the due date will be subject to a late fee of 10% increase every 7 days from the due date.

3. Change Orders

Any changes to the project scope or budget will require a written change order. Change orders will be subject to an additional fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the project before the start of production, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to the deposit. If the client cancels the project after production has begun, the full deposit will be forfeited.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be subject to our executive decisions and project conditions and only be issued in the event of project cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.

6. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of this payment policy will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Unfold Craft Policy.

7. Governing Law

This payment policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of India.

8. Entire Agreement

This payment policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding payment for video production or other digital services. This payment policy supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Severability

If any provision of this payment policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this payment policy and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this payment policy will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Notices

All notices and other communications under this payment policy will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
