Get ready to stand first!
At Unfold Craft, we create unique, Creative videos that engage emotions, connect people to brand and help you get where you to excel.
Come, have a look at a few videos we have produces!
We will be glad to produce another for you!
Every project is different, but broadly speaking the production process can be broken down into three phases:
Pre-production: This is when we work with you to learn all about your business and together define what it is you need from video.
Some of the questions we might explore are:
Who is your target audience?
What platforms do you want to publish on?
What are the key messages you want to communicate?
From there we’ll create a video outline and script.
Confirm budgets and arrange any filming dates with you.
This is bit most people think of when they talk about creating videos. Our crew will capture all the required footage – such as interviews, event footage or product demonstrations. We might film at your premises, at our studio or at some other locations relevant to the video messages.
Once we’ve captured all the footage we’ll get to edit desk, crafting the footage into a story and adding graphics, titles and music as appropriate. You’ll have chance to review one or more drafts and give feedback before everything is finalised.
As a starting point we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting or ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to help us understand the project requirements. From there you can have as much or as little input into the scripting, filming and editing as you’d like. In any case we’ll keep you informed at every step of the process.
For animation, we generally agree the key messages with you and then we work on a draft script and a suggested visual style for review. However we’re also happy to work from a full script or storyboard provided to us.
Alongside the filming we’ll create any motion graphics required for the video. These could range from a simple animated logo to a series of stylish infographics. We always use graphics in a way that complements rather than complicates the message of the video.
Not every project requires a voiceover, but when it does we can provide you with a range of different voiceover samples to choose from and we’ll take care of the rest.
When a background music track is required we can source a suitable track from a royalty-free music library and provide a license for usage in the finished video.
Adding subtitles is an increasingly common request and we’re able to offer two options. We can either add subtitles directly to the video (so they always appear no matter when or how the video is accessed) or we can provide a separate subtitle file that can be uploaded to YouTube and other platforms alongside the video. This allows you to toggle the subtitles on and off, and to have several subtitle files in different languages for one video. We’ve provided video subtitles in over a dozen languages.
We film everything on professional broadcast-quality 4K video cameras and use additional kit – such as radio mics, lighting kit, or green screen – where appropriate. We continually invest in new kit and software to keep up-to-date with the rapidly changing standards of the industry.
We usually supply our finished videos in the most commonly used formats, typically .mp4 (H.264) which is High Resolution or .mov. However we’re happy to convert these into pretty much any other format free of charge.
We generally keep backup copies of any footage and project files for a minimum of 3 months on our database and lifetime on our YouTube channels. We’re happy to revisit and update older projects – for example if you have changed your branding or want to update facts and figures about your business. If there are concerns about data sensitivity we’re happy to delete all our copies of the media on completion of the project.
That is never a simple answer to give. A range of factors determine production costs. These factors may include the scope of the project, scripting, concept, locations, days needed to shoot, editing time, final length, music, narration, audio mixing etc. It’s best to contact us with details of the production that you want.
The approval process at Lasting Blueprint Productions is very well structured. After you see the rough cut and request changes, we then provide you a final cut where you can request additional changes. So that means you have two (2) opportunities to provide feedback and to make changes with your video.
Our video production proposal will be what you pay. We make sure that our clients do not get any surprises or unexpected costs on the final invoice. The only exceptions to this is in a situation where we have a scope change to the project during production and should any additional cost arise, we’ll ensure they are approved before they get incurred by the production.
We offer full scriptwriting. Through our creative brief, e-mails, phone calls, and production meetings, we’ll learn about your business. We always advise that our clients be ready to give us as much information and content as can be given we can learn about your business and then our professional scrip writers create engaging Script for you.
You are allowed to have changes made. There will be additional costs incurred by any changes to be made after the included revisions but all of it will be discussed ahead of time.
We accept Direct Bank Transfer, Cash, UPI Payments, and all Standard credit cards Payments.
For us to begin the video production deposit divided into 3 Simple Steps and i.e. you are required to pay a 40% of the full budget as token amount. The other 40% that’s left is paid when the video has been mid of completion and rest 20% before final delivery of the Project.
